This happened to me once. I emailed the owner, threatened to sue, and they
took it down. I don't know the law, but I thought that anything published on
the internet is covered under some sort of implied copyright whether you
have a copy right notice or not. You should ask a layer. I would also make a
copy of their website, and print out hard copies of their code.

Hello,

I have a client that I designed a web site for earlier in the year.  Today,
I found out that one of their competitors copied the site.  Literally, they
are using my graphics, HTML, stylesheets, ticker etc.  When I view source,
they didn't even bother to change the name of the files.

My client did not put a copyright on their web pages, but in this
circumstance, I don't think it matters.  I think this is best illustrated by
looking at the two sites.

These people have blatently stolen my graphics, forms, etc.  What can I do?
