Hi Everyone:

Not sure if this applies here, and I'll be honest to say that I was too 
lazy to go check the list content for this, but here goes...might be 
helpful for others!

Is their a place that someone knows that can teach you what you 
should do to run a business? 

I'm looking specifically for a check list type of format that would tell 
what steps to take to set up a LLC, S-Corp, etc. What Federal and 
local agencies need to be contacted (i.e., Workers comp, State 
tax commission, FUTA). Finally, and this is the biggest...what 
forms are to be submitted and when (i.e., W2,W3,W4,941's, 940's, 
local tax forms, city forms, etc.)

I ask because I am new and haven't generated enough business to 
allow me to hire a bookkeeper or tax consultant. Any information 
would be wonderful!
