Yeah. I tried small claims court once. Learned my lesson. I had a guy that 
owed me for doing some work for him. He didn't pay. I gave him a 10 day 
demand of payment letter. He didn't pay. Took him to small claims court. 
Won the judgement, paid a lot of extra $ in court fees for filings, summons, 
Officers to deliver documents, etc. etc. He didn't pay. Tried to put a lean on 
his property, paid fees to file, couldn't put lean on property because their was 
already a prior lean and I was second. Tried to find any assets of any kind I 
could get money from. No luck. Next thing I tried to find the guy and hall him 
back into court. The guy skipped town. The court told me too bad!

Our justice system...gotta love it! Note to all: Watch your front, sides, and 
back. Cover yourself well. Ask for $ upfront or at least 50% down and 40% 
on FTP to server and 10% when done.
