Resum� Critique?

Not sure if this fits on this list* or if it should
go to the critiques list. I'm not so much looking 
for comments on the design or html issues of my
resum�, but rather is it something that would lead
to an interview. 

So I'm hoping that some of you who actually hire 
people will point out any big 'gotchas' that might
be in there, or suggestions on some cool things that
I should include. Here's the link:

Hmm, it occurs to me that at least some of you are
thinking I'm just posting this request to get job
offers from the list. Good point, except that I have
a company I'm going to apply to. Well, okay, I'm gonna
be brave and go ahead and hit the send button now,
but then I'm going to duck under the desk - which a 
bit more flame retardent than my skin.
