Sorry friends. My message bounced when I responded to
Gina and Judith yesterday. Seems I didn't switch to
text format. Here it is again:

***** Absolutely. I was not an employee or an
independent contractor. No salary but profits after
expenses. He pursued the clients and the business 
end, I handled the design work. Our agreement says
nothing of the sort, neither verbal or written.

I  could possibly counter-sue if sued, but I'm not
interested and prefer to concentrate on my needs and
wants.
