Cookie Free Site?

Hi,

I have a client that is scared "cookieless" thanks to the media hype around
on-line privacy.  I have explained what my client does with their site does
not correlate to what the media hype is about but they don't care. Cookies
are evil, they are bad, etc. 
So now they want a cookie free site. Problem is they have a number of
programs in place that utilize cookies. So now we're shopping for new
solutions. I'm seeking suggestions for:

Cookie Free Shopping Cart
Cookie Free Banner Ad Management System
Cookie Free Poll/Survey System
Cookie Free .htaccess Manager that logs accesses

Site is virtually hosted on Unix.
