Trademarks are generally country specific subject to terms of treaties.
However, if there is a likelihood of trademark infringement or dilution,
there may be some action available against either the site or the owners of
the site.  It is quite complex and unlikely to be answerable without some
further investigation including questions about jurisdiction and venue.
