Of course there is.  All publishers are potentially liable for infringement
and other violations.  There are some exceptions but you need to have your
site reviewed to see if you now comply with those exceptions or can come
within the scope of protection.  Under any circumstances, you should have a
legally appropriate submission agreement, validly posted.  Merely stating
what you say the site states is pretty much worthless.
