Update on Business name and URL theft in the Search Engines

Hi all,
Further to my note re the cloaked pages, it appears that the pages were
created by an agency hired by them for the purpose of getting better search
engine placement. It's not yet clear how the pages are being served to the
search engines but Groundswell indicates that they were previously unaware
of the pages and are working to remove them promptly.
