Hello, Sheldon;

Let this one go . . I've been there, done it.  Explain that there are
certain points in the contract that are non-negotiable, but you wish her
the best of luck.

We did the same thing with a government contract, but then wound up landing
the project some weeks later because they rethought it and liked our
portfolio.
