Probably so, but I doubt very much if the host is going to act as Judge and
Jury on an accusation. They will leave it up to someone else to prove a
violation before yanking the site.
The fight is with the infringer and perhaps Ivan can tell you if you can get an
injunction served on the host to take off the site.
