Hey Bob . . .   The only thing I hate worse than Spammers is people on a mail list
that want to tell me when I should stop responding to a particular thread. If you don't

Hi Lee -
Nothing wrong with that at all, but that's not what he said.
The differences have already been well pointed out.  Look at any catalogue and see 
pictures with the caption "similar to the one shown" or "not exactly as shown".
Adverts go even further with the note "all persons shown are actors" or some such.

Read his request again - he wanted to change his own name, invent a wife and family
all with names, and show a stock picture of the group and say or intimate "here's me with 
the wife and kids and this proves that this is a warm and fuzzy web site".   That's fraud 
my friend.  Suppose I put a picture of a beautiful, modern office building on my site and
somewhere I say "our offices are very modern and nice". Would you assume that I'm talking 
about the picture even though I don't say so ? - of course, and it would be a lie.
That kind of stuff in the real world will get you busted by Fair Trades and Practices.
