It will impact the web developers that only offer basic services.  
Those services are now found for free all over the internet.  
However, web developers that have more to offer, such as custom 
graphical designs, video and animation with flash and other 
formats, and a good design sense can still find customers for their 
wares.  Speaking as a woman with a business online for the past 
four years, I would prefer to have my catolog and goods have a 
more personal touch that only a webdesigner can offer instead of 
the nuts and bolts approach that these companies offer. 

I get many compliments on my custom website and I think that its 
look helps to contribute to sales.  Sort of the same difference you 
see in brick and mortor shops.  You would pay more in a boutique 
on the beach and less in a booth at the local flea market.  There is 
a time and place for both sorts of businesses in the physical world, 
just as there is room for both sorts of website designs.
