Signio pro or con?

I have a potential client who is interested in accepting credit card
payments for advertising on his future portal site. With the hosting
service I'd be using, the available solution seems to be Signio (formerly
known as PaymentNet).
I haven't worked with Signio before, and neither has my script/database
expert. Any comments, good, bad, indifferent? I'm not worried about the
money--I'm worried about it *working*.
