I am pleased to announce that GigaLaw.com (http://www.GigaLaw.com) has
added an e-mail-based discussion list for anyone interested in issues
relating to the Internet and the law.

The list focuses on issues of interest to HWG participants, such as:
copyright and trademark protection, confidentiality agreements, how to form
a business, contracts, online advertising, software licensing, etc. The
list also addresses Internet law issues in the news (Napster, the FBI's
"Carnivore" wiretap program, the Microsoft antitrust case, etc.); basic
Internet law topics (domain name disputes, privacy, etc.); cutting-edge
cyberspace subjects (the legality of hyperlinking, Internet patents,
"spam," etc.) and, of course, the articles published on
GigaLaw.com. Participants include Internet professionals, lawyers, law
professors, technologists and writers and businesspeople in high-tech and
related industries.

To subscribe, send a blank e-mail to
subscribe-gigalaw-discuss(at)lists.gigalaw.com or go to
http://www.GigaLaw.com/discuss .
