The majority of the web sites that our company works on are *very* high 
dollar.  With large companies and corporations, it's not a problem since 
they typically have the funds.

However, smaller companies will sometimes walk away because they don't have 
the kinds of funds necessary for a project.  It's not that they don't feel 
the work is worth what we're charging, it's literally a matter of funds on 
hand.

Are there finance companies who will bill customers for a project while 
paying us up front?  I used to have one when I sold computer hardware, but 
that company will not underwrite web or software development.
