ICANN is a good place to start. Please remember that you can have a voice
in these organizations. (It's sort of like people complaining about the
government but never voting.) ICANN has ongoing seminars that you can
apply to:

Also, Trademark or no trademark, copyright or no copyright, NSI is not
playing nice to say the least. They are making the decision to word their
contracts this way. I would say that as a corporation they have made a bad
decision.
-- As a side-note, has anyone noticed the lovely tendency for companies to
make (or try to make) their contracts fluid? I REALLY don't favor
this. It defeats the purpose of contracts. MCI WorldCom does this, much
to their disadvantage too. I think it makes these big companies irresponsible!
