OK, I hesitate to sound too much like an evasive lawyer, but your
questions are not easily answered. The particular facts of a given
circumstance always are key. And this forum does not allow for the type of
detailed exchange a lawyer would need to provide the answers you're
seeking. My previous responses, like my other participation in this forum
(as well as that of other attorneys), is intended to provide general
information about the law, not specific answers to specific legal situations.
