Hi,
Here is a very important point that I have had to learn the hard way, and
I'm still stubborn about it in certain regards.
When running your business, look for your weak points (not necessarily
creativity) and then get somebody else to do it. If you are no good at
accounting, get an accountant. If you are no good with ASP find somebody
that is and use them. It doesn't help to try and save money when you are
worse off doing it yourself. Even more if it directly affect the work you
do for your client, rather charge more and do a proper job.
