I do not agree with this at all.
How could you even consider charging the client for your "learning" ?
Your education is YOUR investment in YOUR future. When you have learned
it, then you can charge professional fees. >>
Yeah....... I can see both sides there. What if I charged a lower rate while
I'm learning, or give them the option of hiring out or paying me the lower
rate to learn? What if I just charge them for whatever software I need to
purchase in order to learn/implement it? (I'm not the OP but I'm watching
this thread very closely!)
