Critique request

Hello all,

Would you please check out this site and let me know of any errors I may have 
missed. The information on the site in incomplete pending clients approval 
followed by additional graphics, text and possibly links.

I originally made this site in tables, but had so much trouble with table 
backrounds in Netscape that I resorted to frames. My apologies to those who 
hate frames. Also, I am not sure if the applet menu is too much. I am 
interested in the overall layout and professional look.
