Critique Request: Biz Site!

Greeting's

I've been having some serious problems with my mail program so please
forgive me if this message has already been posted, but as I have seen
no replies, I conclude that this message never arrived. So once
again.....

I am requesting a critique of my fledgling web design site at
http://www.dewinc.com. Now here's the catch, there are currently three
main sites, the Main (web design) site, the Small Business
Advisor(http://www.dewinc.com/sba/) site, and a corresponding
talk-back (discussion web)site. Of the three, MAIN (www.dewinc.com)
site is the focus of THIS critique. While I welcome any comments,
since I am doing ALL of the work myself, I'm focusing on the main web
first. In other words...the rest ain't ready!

Specifically, I am looking for the following:

Platform: What OS are you on?
Client: What browser(s) did you use? with what results?
Connection Speed: What type (speed) modem are you using?
Download Times: How fast/slow do the pages download?
Navigation: Is it easy/difficult to follow?
Content: Does it make sense?
Priority Tasks: What should be my first concern?
Comments: All comments are welcomed!
