Site Critique Please....

  Hi everyone!

   Please let me know what you think of this site and it's layout, content,
graphics, HTML formatting...(URL below).  Looking mainly for critiques on
how it appears in browsers other than IE 4.01 for HTML formatting, since
this is what I use.
  All comments and suggestions are appreciated.   Thanks in advance!
