Thanks to Pat, Carole and Karin for your reports - thanks especially to
Karin for catching the extra body tag - it's always the stupid little
things that get me. :)

Thanks to Carole for pointing out the missing charset META tag.  To be
honest, I got out of the habit of using them because it is specified in
the ".htaccess" file of the Apache server.  I will mention the need for
better specificity in rental terms to the client.
