I agree with the previous critique that the green is a bit harsh. I also
agree that with the one line in the yellow box you expect there to be
more of a rolling effect when you mouse over the other links - i.e. as
you mouse over them the yellow background switches to the chosen link. 

You can't read the copy in the box at all. The words Industrial Strength
Design is over them. This makes the Industrial Strength Design hard to
read also. The white box also seems to start above the visible window -
the first part of the copy seems to be missing. I also think the white
may be a little stark against the green. 

I like the overall effect I think you are going for- it just seems to be
getting a little lost in the translation somehow.
