Following displays as desired in IE 6/Win. I'd appreciate feedback regarding
the display, especially in other browsers.

Also, I'm considering a check for CSS support and providing a tabled version
as an alternate. I'm sufficiently aware of the downside to this approach,
nonetheless, does anyone recommend a sniffing/redirect script?
