  I wanted to thank those of you who responded to my request for a frames
check.(I really appreciate it)  I have made some changes to the navigation
bar and would like to know if this is good or needs some more work -
although I really can't think of any way to shrink it more. (sorry to be a
pest about it - I'm just very finicky about things being in good shape
before being posted.)  :-)

  As far as backgrounds go for the writings - I am working on changing the
ones that I have chosen and hopefully in the future I will be able to get
the authors to choose 'easier' to read backgrounds when they choose their
own.
