Critique of initial design

I've learned a lot by lurking on the HWG lists, so now it's my turn to stick
up my hand and wave. I'm putting together the content now (a bigger job than
I thought it would be), but I'm ready to get some feedback on the home page
for a real estate company. It's my first go on a commercial site (gratis).
Please, any comments are welcome. I'm hoping to post to the domain site
sometime next week, if I can do up the other pages soon enough.
