First Draft Critique Business Site

Hi Everyone...

I would like a critique of a redesign I am in the process of. In particular,
I am looking for load times, ect for the main page, and the 2 linked pages
which are active. Please check "Services" and "Profiles", and the first
partner listed, Rick Scott is active as well.

Understand this is only the first draft to see how it all will come together
and there is much work to be done.
