Consulting site critique

Hi,

I've been lurking for a couple of weeks now, and I've picked up loads of
useful info. I think I'm now about ready to get my own site critiqued! Could

It's my business site - I've recently set up as an independent consultant
after years of working in I.T. departments.

I'd particularly appreciate any comments on load times, different browsers,
navigation, etc.
