My Spanish is a bit rusty. So I can't offer anything on the content -
not that it looks like my area of expertise anyway. :-)

First, it took a long time to load and there was a message at the top
that said an error occurred while processing. On just overall look, I
would say it is pretty clean looking. The navigation buttons on the left
seem a little too big. Also with the poll on the right of the screen the
page looks a little unbalanced. The copy at the bottom, water is life,
etc. is lost down there. I would redo it so your page is shorter and
fits into the initial page view. I think it is okay to scroll down for
more copy, but it needs to be pretty crucial copy. With as little copy
as you have for the home page I think you can scale things down and get
everything to fit in the window without scrolling. I think everything
would look better that way. 

Is the site for sexual impotency? If so you might want to give it a
little more of "clinical" look rather than the more "provocative" (okay
a little soft porn) look it has now. I like the colors personally, but
they may add to the soft porn look.
