Just quickly:

- The following sentence appears like this and doesn't fit in the upper left
frame:
DIRECT
MARKETING
FOR THE
LEISURE
INDUSTRY
- I don't like the 'home' and 'contact us' graphics, nor their positioning.
The red 'home' egg doesn't match with the other nav-buttons in the upper
left frame. The 'contact' button leaves no space with the edge of the
browser. A single <p> or several <br><br>... below it would solve it.
- The 'scans' in the lower left frame are bad quality
(or you stretch them to fit, I didn't check the code) and hard to read.
- Several pages in the lower right frame cause a horizontal scroll bar to
appear.
- I'd make the upper two frames less high.
- I'd use more whitespace.

+ Fast loading of pages (thanks to javascript preloading right? =))
+ Nice contrast between the yellow, white and blue
