Please critique Magazine Advertising Site

I've neared completion of the above site and would like a review of the
layout, colors, load times, ect. The site does use frames. I am completing
the "No Frames" version as I write this. I am also aware of missing alt tags
and image dimensions (still debating on which images to use) and keywords.
