business site critique

This is a business site for our company. It is for job recruiting in the
food industry. Please offer your opinions/any problems you encounter. If you
have suggestions please give them but please do not say it
sucks............if you think that tell me why. I am open to any and all
comments including the not so good ones........<Grin>.
