Browsers

Hi all.  I have a question concerning the different browsers everyone uses
to see if all is compatible.  I have noticed that many of you will say "such
and such works in this and that browser".  I get the impression that either
you have different browsers loaded on your machines, or you are possibly
using different computers with different browsers.  I have a little program
called Browsela that I use to see what is what but from what I have gathered
it is not putting out incredibly accurate information.

So after this preamble, what my question is, How are you able to critique in
the different browsers?  Are they on the same machine, and if they are how
do you get them all to get along?

I hope this question is making sense.
