Critique request of "Retail Online Store".  
I am looking for a critique of  http://www.foreverteddybears.com/

What I am looking for is:

1. Is navigation clear or confusing?
2. Is there scrolling and at what resolution?  ( I know there is some)
3. What do you see wrong with the site, in other words what could
we do to improve it?
4. Would you buy from here? If not why?
5. What would help trigger that purchase mode in folks?

Sales at this site are just not happening and we are trying to figure
out why?  I have other shops that are doing fine, but this one
is constantly updated and gets fresh products periodically,
and still  no sales.   What recommendations do you have?
