The oldest browsers you should worry about are 2.0, as no one is quite that
croatian as to have a 1.0 browser... And you use <body bgcolor="#000000"
text="#FFFFFF"> for black bg / white text. However, on this subject, keep
your colors within the color cube, using only hex values of 00,33,66,99,CC,
and FF. In your graphics, stick to the color cube as well, and save
everything as a gif. Check all your sites in 640x480x256 and preferably do
your work in this resolution if your moniter doesn't hurt your eyes. Use a
superpalette for your graphics. Enjoy, as this all ends up being way too
much work ;-)
