Website Critique

Hi,
It is my first time posting, apologies if you have already received this
message:

I have just launched two sites, one for a client and the other one is my
own portfolio site.  Would anyone mind having a look at them and sending
me feedback?  

The sites are:

http://www.lolamediadesign.com

It is probably better if you look at the sites first and write down your
initial impressions.  My particular concerns are below and any feedback
will help!

Any comments will help but I am interested in the technical,
user-friendliness, marketing and creative values of the sites.  Feel
free to comment on any slow loading or superfluous items in your
opinion.  I would be interested to hear feedback on the gallery pages -
as the thumbnail images contain rollovers which take longer to load - I
am not sure if the interactivity is apparent due to this.
