OK, the first thing you should definitely do is get rid of that animated =
woman. She seems to clash with the Credo of the web page. Make the main =
navigation page the splash page. I think the woman is quite unnecessary =
(excuse my spelling). Otherwise, navigation is fine, though I do have =
to scroll alot to see main features ot your page. Scrolling is ok for =
large amounts of info in paragraphs, but usually not for very important =
page features.
Maybe try squishing the page =

I was looking at it full screen on a 800x600, and i had to scroll just a =
bit. Also, why is the questionaire so large? =20
Overall, It looks good, and is easily navigable. Quick loading. =
