USS Montpelier Museum

I think I am about 80-90% done on setting up this site and would like a
review of what I have done so far before I finish it up and show it to the
museum director.

It is going to be a subsite associated with a larger site (City of
Montpelier site), but the people involved wanted it to have a totally
different look and feel from the larger City site.  They wanted this Museum
section to have its own look.
