Please crit page layout

Hi all

I'm busy building a page for a stockbroking firm:

I'm aware that it's far from finished, but would appreciate feedback on
whaat's already there.

This iteration currently works only in MSIE 4.x up (because of kewl things
like mouseout on DIV tags etc.). I'd just like a crit on the layout, nav
systems, etc. before I rip out the MS-specific tags and write the redirect
version for other browsers. I'm also keen to know from Mac IE users how the
layout works for them (bar font sizes - I'm busy writing a dynamic CSS
script for that).

Please include OS, Browser ver., screen size, res in reply.
