Final Critique Please

Hi All,

Thanks to everyone for all your great responses the last time!
Now I need your help one last time to iron out and neaten up my site just
that little bit more.

I have changed the colour and font for the menu text, and have also made the
border a darker blue. A new "Tip of the Week" section has been added, and I
have also beefed up the "Downloads" section.
The non-content images are now below the table and the background image is
less weighty thanks to the JPEG Wizard (www.jpg.com).
No geoguide will appear except for the Opera Download page.
