I thought the site looked great - clean, really clean. I, personally, would
adda third frame above the content so that the border is constant.
Maybe cut down on the number of links - or at least separate the most
important ones (services, portfolio, ect.) Also, maybe use the top logo as a
home link instead of a separate text 'Home' one.
On the subject of frames: used well, the audience doesn't even realize -
used poorly, that's just not a good idea.
I'd hire you.
