Does This Thing Work??

Hi all

I am working on a (personal, genealogy) site at:

Right now, it is just a shell with little content.  It is a 
"Frames" site.   I do not like frames & seldom use 
them but in this case, I have a particular reason (not yet
apparent) to do so.  Since I have so little experience 
with frames, can someone take a look at this thing & see 
if there is a problem with the navigation  - or anything else
for that matter???   

BTW, the site did validate a few days ago, but I have 
made several changes since then & have not yet re-checked it.
