Hi Linda
Love your graphics and think you have some real talent there.
However, concur with other responses and here's my input FWIW.
You need to optimise your graphics. Background took around a minute to load
on my puny 28k dial-up connection. Don't think you need frames. Do think
about reducing the size of your fonts though, they convey impression of a
page created on some free AOL software for a homepage specialising in "My
hampsters and other hobbies" or something similar. It also means additional
scrolling. Only include packages if they have prices; and normally it's not
a good marketing policy to have prices anyhow, so maybe rethink the
packages.
As an indication, I had formed most of my opinions as soon as the first page
hit me, and if I was a potential client, I wouldn't have hung around.
Overall, the site should probably be redesigned from the ground up - take
heart in the talent you obviously have on the graphics side, sit down, read
some books, buy some good software to help create your site, research the
competition, optimize the images you already have, and there is no reason
why you shouldn't have an outstanding outcome. (I wish I had as much talent
on the graphics front :)
