Just a few quick thoughts. 

I think your home page needs some graphic images. It needs something to
make it more like the starting point. Right now I think it looks like a
page you would find deeper into a site. 

I don't think the back and forward buttons add anything to the home
page. Especially since when you first open your page the back button
will just direct you away from your site and the next button doesn't go
anywhere. 

In general I think the site would benefit from some graphics. I also
think some of your font sizes may be a little large.

You have the drop menu on some, but not all pages. I think there is
enough information on all of the pages to warrant it.
