In IE5.5 PC there is a very wide, fixed green border on the left which
doesn't appear in Netscape 7.  The table is aligned to the left of the
window in NN7.

I suspect you want wild colors because of the nature of the subject, but the
color choices  might be a little too much.  I found the text and links to be
small and insignificant compared to the large blocks of color.
