Using IE 4.01 Sp2, zillions of colors, 1024 x 768, T1.
Good site, I like the newspaper feel.  For the Navigation on the left, is
there a reason for the different offsets preceding the text?  Although a lot
of people don't like frames, I like their use in this case - really
effective considering the newspaper theme.
