Critique my site

I am new to web design and have just uploaded my site although it isn't
completely up and running. I was wondering if you all would look at it and
give me ideas on improvement. Some links are not there as I am still working
on those sections or pages.

What does it look like in other browsers, screen resolutions? Is navigation
easy? Do colors work? ETC?
