Ok nevermind on the index.html page part.  I see you don't have
it in..  I have been without any power for 30 hours due to storms.
I am like very tired so bare with me. :-)

I like the look.  I do like the buttons on the side. Graphics
are clean.  Site map is a big plus in a large site.  Sometimes
without really trying a visitor can get off track and a site map
is really nice when they are laid out so a person can find their
way back to an area.  Yours is clean and easy to follow. I really
like that logo.
Nice colors, would like to see it once you get more to it, with pictures and
all.  Of course it loaded real fast.
